I like to solve problems. Throughout my 5 years of career, I have been able to identify stakeholder’s pain point and come up with a strategic solution.

I started as a Software Developer and developed key applications in Investment Banking Domain for over 2 years. Later, I transitioned to a data-driven Talent Acquisition Program Manager. I spent 3 years designing and developing critical talent-cycle components such as succession planning, professional development, performance management, and career-pathing strategies.
