What drives UConn’s ROI?

UConn Brand

The quality of the UConn brand is recognized nationwide. UConn ranks among the top 20 public universities in the nation, according to U.S. News and World Report. “A combination of outstanding academic quality plus an affordable price tag” leads Kiplinger’s Personal Finance to rank UConn as on of the “Top 25 Best Values in U.S. Public Universities”. Add in the strength of our UConn Huskies, and UConn degrees are recognized well beyond Connecticut.

Corporate Network

Through dedicated efforts by our career services team, and relationships built through experiential learning activities, the UConn MBA Program has built a network of successful alumni and satisfied recruiters that opens doors for our students at organizations in Connecticut and beyond.  See our placement statistics for examples of companies where UConn MBAs were employed after graduation.

Program Size

The UConn Full-time MBA Program admits between 45-50 students annually.  Our students build strong bonds with each other, and develop relationships with professors, career counselors and program staff.  This intimate program is co-located with our other graduate business programs, to facilitate building connections among all of our graduate business students.

Strategic Location

Hartford, Connecticut’s capital, is home to some of the largest finance, insurance, healthcare and manufacturing companies worldwide.  Our downtown Graduate Business Learning Center location allows for easy interactions with local companies, and access to both the New York and Boston metro areas.

As Connecticut’s flagship public research university, UConn is committed to delivering high-quality education at an affordable cost.  UConn’s tuition is lower than the average of other Full-time MBA programs. See information about tuition and fees to learn more.
