My Story: I am a Peruvian professional who completed my undergraduate studies as an Industrial Engineer. I have 7 years of work experience. After interning at Kimberly Clark in a training operation program, I took the position of Jr. Process Engineer. After 4 years I joined a Latin-American Manufacturing Corporation as a Sr. Process Analyst. Having worked there for 2 years I took FedEx offer and I became a Chief Engineer of Logistics Processes and Continuous Improvement. The activities that I have performed during my career are oriented to Project Management, Quality and Continuous Improvement. In 2015 I applied to UCONN School of Business to pursue my MBA, with a concentration in Finance Analysis and Business Analytics. I came to Connecticut to continue growing in the personal and professional field, to gain the international experience, to earn a wide range of valuable job skills, to be ready to the future in today’s competitive job market and to be able to apply all my knowledge to current business world.
