Kaitlyn Romania

JD/MBA Class of 2018

My Story: After graduating Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in English in 2014, I began studies the following year at the University of Connecticut School of Law where I developed an interest in international and business law. After completing my first year of law school, I enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Connecticut Graduate School of Business where I am currently pursuing a specialization in Financial Analysis and Investments and a Corporate and Regulatory Compliance Certificate in conjunction with the law school. My MBA studies will be complete as of May 2016 and I will return to the School of Law in August 2016 to complete the remaining two years of my legal studies. An ideal career path allows me to identify problems and create strategies to solve them using my strong verbal and analytical skills, which are enhanced by deductive and inductive reasoning skills learned in law school and the MBA program. I am currently seeking an internship for Summer 2016.
