Cassandra Trammel

MBA Class of 2017

Story: I am a West Hartford, CT, native, and am glad to be back in Greater Hartford to pursue my graduate studies. After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis in 2013, I began working towards my M.D. at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. I decided to become a physician at a young age, and still plan to focus my career in clinical medicine. However, since entering medical school, I have gained an appreciation for the many administrative challenges faced by physicians and hospitals, and as such, my career path has expanded to include healthcare administration. Healthcare is in an exciting time of change and advancement, and I plan to use my MBA to influence how care is delivered to patients and populations on a larger scale.
