The UConn Full-time MBA Program is now located at our Graduate Business Learning Center on Constitution Plaza in downtown Hartford, our capital city, allowing closer proximity and access to our corporate partners, as well as to colleagues in our other graduate programs.
Connecticut is favorably located between the metropolitan business centers of New York City and Boston. Drivetime to New York City is just over 2 hours, while drive time to Boston is 90 minutes. Connecticut’s traditional industries include financial services, diversified manufacturing, insurance and biosciences. As of the 2010 census, Connecticut features the highest per capital income and median household income in the United States.
Off campus, Connecticut also boasts many of the attractions that make the New England region a travel favorite: colonial history, Atlantic beaches, seaside villages, and pastoral countrysides. Whether it’s walking through Mark Twain’s house, exploring Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, enjoying a Broadway show at The Bushnell Theater, or venturing to the country’s largest casino, Connecticut offers ample opportunities.
